Erectile dysfunction medicines seized in Glengormley

Large quantities of unlicensed medications have been seized by Department of Health officials throughout a search of a house in Glengormley.
A guy was interviewed by department officers about unlawfully importing and subsequently providing unlicensed impotence medications via the internet.
The 47-year-old was likewise about other medicine offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the general public Prosecution Service.
The search was brought out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: "It is essential that we get the message across that unlicensed medications can be dangerous.
"These kinds of items being sold, usually online, have undergone no quality assurance and there can be no warranty about their safety.
"You just do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not understand the impact drugs like this may have on your health."
